Công dụng
Rhinocort Hayfever Original 32mcg được chỉ định để:
- Ngăn ngừa và giảm triệu chứng của viêm mũi dị ứng theo mùa (hay fever) và viêm mũi dị ứng quanh năm (perennial allergic rhinitis).
- Các triệu chứng cụ thể mà sản phẩm giúp cải thiện:
- Hắt hơi
- Nghẹt mũi
- Chảy nước mũi
- Ngứa mũi
- Ngứa mắt, chảy nước mắt (do dị ứng)
Cơ chế tác dụng: Budesonide làm giảm viêm và sưng ở niêm mạc mũi, từ đó ngăn chặn phản ứng dị ứng khi tiếp xúc với các tác nhân như:
- Phấn hoa
- Cỏ
- Bụi
- Lông thú
- Nấm mốc
Hiệu quả:

Hướng dẫn sử dụng
Lắc đều chai trước khi dùng. Sử dụng đều đặn hàng ngày để đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất. Có thể bắt đầu dùng 1–2 ngày trước khi tiếp xúc với tác nhân gây dị ứng để phòng ngừa triệu chứng.
Liều dùng khuyến cáo:
- 4 xịt mỗi bên mũi 1 lần/ngày (tổng 8 liều/ngày), hoặc
- 2 xịt mỗi bên mũi 2 lần/ngày (sáng và tối).
- Không dùng quá 8 xịt/ngày (tương đương 256 µg Budesonide).
Đối tượng sử dụng:
- Từ 12 tuổi trở lên: viêm mũi dị ứng theo mùa (hay fever).
- Từ 18 tuổi trở lên: viêm mũi dị ứng quanh năm.
Cảnh báo:
- Không dùng cho trẻ dưới 12 tuổi (dị ứng theo mùa) và dưới 18 tuổi (dị ứng quanh năm).
- Không dùng liên tục quá 6 tháng mà không có chỉ định của bác sĩ.
- Tham khảo ý kiến bác sĩ nếu đang mang thai, cho con bú hoặc dự định mang thai.
- Nếu triệu chứng không cải thiện hoặc nặng hơn, cần gặp bác sĩ ngay.
